Though they are built the same, every vehicle becomes different with its use and requires attention that can’t simply be generic. So, we start by forming a personalized preventive maintenance schedule that not just checks but tracks the performance of individual vehicle parts. Though, we consider the manufacturer or OEM’s guideline in charting the service, “N.M” service is surely far more comprehensive. Every car that plans for “N.M” service undergoes a complete vehicle diagnostic. The results are recorded into our system database. The service advisor then prepares a customized service schedule by integrating the following:

Armed with years of experience and equipment, we can provide complete maintenance solutions for both Diesel and Petrol vehicles. We specialize in Armored bullet proof Cars/4×4/Small Buses and Light Trucks in areas of Mechanical, Electrical, Air Conditioning & Body works. Our associate companies allow us to undertake Wheels Alignment and Balancing, Tire replacement, Valeting service and other allied services.

Customer has better access to service history and has a choice of being more involved with the vehicle maintenance. Fleet Managers can expect more detailed understanding of each vehicle as we track individual vehicle records and provides summarized MIS reports. This service structure is unparalleled.
We use photographs to display broken parts if possible, in installed condition or after they have been removed from the vehicle. After inspection, the part is again photographed and stored in our records. This allows the customer to know what went wrong and how the same was rectified.
As we maintain a personalized detailed service history of each vehicle. A Fleet Manager can request for the following:
– Detailed service history of individual, group, or complete fleet of vehicles.
– Summary of payments received for individual, group, or complete fleet with a breakup of Spares/Labour/Others. This should be useful in your MIS reporting.
